REFUND POLICY

Digital study guides

All study guides sold on techexplainedbykp.com are digital PDF downloads. Because you get instant access to the full file, all sales are final once your purchase is complete, and we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Free guides, like the CISSP Domain 7 study guide, don't involve a payment.

Damaged or missing files

If your file is damaged, won't open, is missing pages, or you were charged twice for the same order, email us and we'll send you a working copy. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund that purchase.

Email techexplainedbykp@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we'll help you sort it out.
